Joe Cool has been clowning all his life. He started twisting balloons at age 3. He won his first balloon competition competing against adults at age 9. He has won many competitions since then. At the 2002 Western Region Clown Convention in Laughlin Nevada he placed first in single balloon and third in Multiples. He is a wonderful balloonist. He also enjoys juggling, air brushing, stilt walking and unicyling. He has taught both balloon twisting and air brushing at the Western Region Clown Convention. He is a member of the Western Region Clown Association and the Wasatch Front Jugglers. He was a part of the official 2002 Olympic Ring Toss team. During the 2002 Olympics the Ring Toss team juggled every day at different Olympic Venues.
